Terms of Service
Effective 28 August 2026
TickTurn is an information service that computes chart indicators from public market data. It does not recommend buying or selling any security, and your investment decisions and their outcomes are yours.
This is a translation provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Korean version governs.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the chart-analysis information service (the “Service”) operated by CommonGray (the “Company”) under the name TickTurn, and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.
Article 2 (What the Service provides)
- The Company computes 21 technical indicators from public market data and presents a summary of the direction they point to for the next trading day.
- The figures shown are calculations on past price movement. They guarantee no future return.
- The Company does not incorporate information other than price, such as filings, earnings or news. This scope is stated on the Service itself.
- The Company gives no advice tailored to a member’s finances or objectives, and provides no one-to-one consultation on individual securities.
Article 3 (Membership)
- Members join by signing in with a Kakao, Naver or Google account. Signing in is taken as agreement to these terms.
- The Service is not available to anyone under 19 years of age.
- The Company may restrict use where an account has been taken from someone else or false information has been registered.
Article 4 (Fees)
- The Service is currently free in its entirety. The Company sells no paid product and accepts no payment method.
- Each account may save 2 symbols to its watchlist, and the next-trading-day analysis may be used without limit.
- If a paid service begins, the Company will add terms covering fees, payment, cancellation and refunds, and will give notice on the Service and by email 30 days before they take effect. Nothing is charged to members before then.
Article 5 (Changes to and suspension of the Service)
- The Company may change the Service or discontinue parts of it, and will give notice on the Service beforehand.
- The Service may be interrupted by circumstances at the market-data providers, by force majeure, or by equipment failure.
Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)
- Collecting the Service’s data in bulk by automated means, or reselling or redistributing it to third parties.
- Sharing or transferring an account to another person.
- Presenting the Service’s output as a return guaranteed by the Company in order to induce third parties.
Article 7 (Limitation of liability)
The Company makes reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate, but is not liable for loss arising from errors or delays at the market-data providers, nor for the outcome of investment decisions a member makes with reference to the Service. This does not apply where the Company has acted with intent or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Governing law and disputes)
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising from use of the Service are to be resolved through good-faith discussion between the Company and the member; failing that, either party may bring an action before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
Article 9 (Contact)
For questions about using the Service, write to hello.tickturn@gmail.com and we will reply within three business days.
