What does the bullish-signal score mean?

It is the share of the 21 indicators giving a bullish signal, with neutral counted as half a vote. 14 bullish, 1 neutral and 6 bearish gives (14 + 0.5) ÷ 21 = 69%. You can count them on the screen.

It is not a probability, and a higher score does not mean a bigger move. We walked five years of history forward one day at a time — 60,842 readings — and scored the most recent 17,971: days above 80% and days below 20% rose at almost the same rate. All the screen can tell you is which way the signals lean, and even that is only a shade better than chance. Treat it as reference, not as a forecast. The full write-up is in how we tested.

My morning email is not arriving

Three things to check first: whether morning alerts are on under your profile at the top right, whether anything is saved to your watchlist, and your spam folder. Alerts go out on weekday mornings only and skip days the market is closed. If it still does not arrive, write to us under Email alerts.

Can I get the alert at a different address?

Yes. Profile → Morning alerts → ‘Change’ next to the delivery address. It does not have to match the account you signed in with. Save it empty and it goes back to your account email.

Can I save more symbols?

For now it is 2 per account. We are working on a way to save more and receive them together each morning. When it is ready, people with alerts switched on hear about it first.

I want my account deleted

Write to us under Privacy and we will remove your account, your watchlist and your entry on the alert list. Telling us which sign-in you used (Google, Kakao or Naver) makes it faster. Deletion cannot be undone.

I would like to propose a partnership or advertising

Send it under Partnership & ads. A line or two on what you have in mind is plenty; we will read it and ask for whatever we need.
